Leading Not For Profit Seeks Director of Primary Clinics!
Position: Director of Primary Clinics
This position oversees the nursing clinical practice and patient care delivery in 4 primary care clinics. This is a medical office setting. This is your chance to work with a visionary leader who gives you the tools and resources to not only perform, but excel in this position. Voted Best Place to Work. Your 3 initiatives to work on in this position: Ability to handle growth, maneuver through Health Care reform, and take the Primary Care Services to the next level.
Salary: $135-$150K with excellent benefits to include healthcare, life insurance, paid time off, and employee assistance program.
Job Requirements
Requirements: BSN required, Master’s preferred. Current RN licensure required. 5+ years of ambulatory health care experience. Knowledge of ambulatory office practices. Previous experience in medical practice operations to include: practice implementation, referral process, and utilization management. 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Location: This is as good as it gets. Northern California, wine country, close to San Francisco, and the mountains for great hiking!
