Accounts Receivable Associates, Rocky Hill. Detail-oriented individuals to process account follow-up from third party payers and self-pay accounts. Responsible for high volume of incoming billing inquiries through ACD line. Must be able to respond positively to deadlines and handle complex questions and concerns while providing outstanding customer service to our patients. Computer skills and time management skills are essential. Additional duties include general clerical functions and special projects related to insurance and self-pay collections. One to two years of A/R experience including one year of experience in a health care organization preferred.
