Job Description 

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT - Neuro

Specialty hospital in Philadelphia is looking for a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to work primarily with our new Neurosurgery service line in the Surgical Services Department. Schedule: Monday through Friday on day shift with flexibility being required based on patient needs as well as participation in being on-call.

This position will support two-room Operating Room suite,  PACU and Short Procedure Unit as well as our Surgeons in their respective practices. You will also be  spending time  performing pre-op consultations, histories and physicals, slow support, post-op rounds and the like.

Job Requirements 


REQUIREMENTS: 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Pennsylvania PA License
  • Prior experience in neurosurgery suggested but not required
  • At least two years of experience.
  • Current CPR/BLS and ACLS Certifications required.
