Classification:  Senior Financial Analyst

Compensation:  $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

A growing government contractor is seeking a senior financial analyst to join its Norfolk team. The financial analyst will prepare monthly financial statements and reports; provide analysis of contract status, cash flow, and budget variance; assist with contract estimates to completion; assist with incurred cost submissions; and act as the liaison for DCAA audits. The senior financial analyst must have a bachelors degree in accounting or related major with a masters highly preferred, 5+ years of financial reporting and analysis experience, extensive knowledge of government contracts including FAR, DFAR, and CAS regulations, excellent analytical skills, full general ledger experience, expert Microsoft Excel skills, and superior communication skills.
